Cindi Timmons brings over 40 years of debate and leadership experience to Dallas Debate. She is passionate about empowering DISD students and educators through training that helps students find their voice, pursue their goals, and impact their communities.

Evan Gilbert

Evan began debating at JBS Law Magnet in Dallas ISD before joining the University of Texas at Dallas Debate team. He credits debate for shaping who he is and takes pride in helping others grow through it as part of DUDA.ā

Operations Manager
Linh Pham

Linh Pham, an alumna of Irma Rangel YWLS, discovered her passion for debate in high school and has been part of the debate community ever since. As Operations Manager for Dallas Debate, Linh helps lead the organization’s day-to-day operations and supports tournaments, development, communications, and social media.

Ce'Ce has worked with Dallas Debate since 2018, and supports our programs by: managing tournament registration & event logistics for over 70 campuses, engaging volunteers, and overseeing data collection & reporting.

Gabriel Sanchez

Gabe began his debate career in middle school with Dallas Debate. After graduating from JBS Law Magnet, Gabe attended the University of Texas at Dallas where he continued to debate. Gabe enjoys serving the students and coaches of the District through tournament administration.

Javier Gonzalez
Javier combines his love for the city of Dallas, his passion for debate, and his expertise in technology to empower Dallas Debate impact on future generations of advocates.

Francesca Gilbard
Francesca Gilbard is currently completing a Dual BA in Political Science and Human Rights from Columbia University and Sciences Po Paris, in New York and France. She’s passionate about foreign policy and media relations.ā

Esmeralda Alejo
An alumna of Irma Rangel YWLS and Dallas Debate, Esme holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and East Asia Studies from Austin College. Presently, she serves as a bilingual elementary teacher in DISD. She has a passion for Dallas Debate's mission of empowering students through debate.

Now working in the community, she gives current students some of the same opportunities she had by serving at workshops and tournament throughout the year.
